Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship to the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and any customs processing for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also use the Track My Order page on our website.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
